Wines with their own personality
The wines we produce are small works of art, starting with the utmost respect for the natural environment when working the vineyards, carrying out most tasks manually, making rational use of essential applications, not using herbicides, and taking into account the lunar calendar for work in the field and in the winery.
We know that to make a good wine, you need to start with very good grapes, and for that, it is essential to have good viticulture knowledge and, above all, to know the terroir where your vineyards are located to understand their needs at all times and the most optimal moment to harvest the grapes, which in this case is manual.

White wine

This white wine shows on the nose a powerful aromatic intensity of flowers, with slight hints of ripe white fruit.
On the palate, it has a fresh and pleasant entry, reminiscent of white fruits with certain citrus notes, silky at its entry but with its own personality, leaving a long finish.
Ideal with appetizers, foie gras, semi-cured cheeses, seafood, fish, fresh pasta, rice dishes, white meats, and between meals with nuts and candied fruits.
It is recommended to serve between 7º and 10º Celsius to fully appreciate all the aromatic qualities.
Lo Flipat
Red wine
Dark cherry color, with violet tones and a beautiful tear.
On the nose, it is a perfumed wine with notes of ripe red fruit, with slight hints of vanilla and coconut.
On the palate, it is silky but with volume and body, with balanced acidity that gives it a fresh finish, easy to drink.
It can be enjoyed with meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses, rice dishes in general, stews, as well as pasta and pizza.

Red wine

Dark cherry color, good intensity, with violet tones and a beautiful tear.
On the nose, it is a perfumed wine with notes of ripe red fruit.
On the palate, it is balsamic, full-bodied, with mature tannins, with a finish of sweet spices and balanced acidity.
It can be enjoyed with meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses, rice dishes in general, stews.
Dolç de l’Aina
Sweet wine for appetizers and desserts
Late harvest wine (harvested approximately 30/40 days later) when it starts to become raisined.
It is a sweet dessert wine, but not cloying.
Aromatic wine with a high volatile acidity, on the palate it recalls red fruit, raisins, with a spicy touch. Very sweet.
It can be enjoyed with appetizers and desserts.
It is served cold, like a white wine.
